  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments require a signature for delivery.

    Please examine your package before signing for it.

    We only ship packages to confirmed addresses.

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS.

    Exchange Policy:

    • Exchanges are allowed within 3 business days of delivery for the same purchase price.

    • The wig must remain unaltered, in its original state, and returned in its original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Sola’s Epiphany is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is returned to Sola’s Epiphany, we will not issue a refund. However, we will contact you upon its arrival to arrange reshipment.
